We AUTOMATICALLY leave positive feedback after you receive your item and leave feedback for us.
If you have ANY questions or issues with a purchase or shipment, PLEASE CONTACT US!
We try our best to ship your purchases as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days after payment, but usually much sooner
You should receive the following emails from us:
- Winning Bidder notification from PayPal
- Payment Received confirmation from PayPal after you pay
- A Payment Reminder 3 days after the auction ends if payment has not been received
- A Shipping Notice when your item is being prepared for shipment - shipment typically happens 1-4 days from this notice
- An email from UPS with your tracking number. If you do NOT receive this email, you can try to track your package with the form above.
- If you do NOT receive any of these emails PLEASE CONTACT US!
