Selling Notes:

  • Checks for auction proceeds are typically processed 2-3 weeks after an auction ends. This timeframe can be affected by slow paying buyers.

  • Checks are mailed directly to you from CHASE Bank -- PLEASE do not throw it away!

  • You should receive the following emails from us:

    • Links to your Open auctions when your items are listed - you can use the form above if you do not receive this email or accidentally delete it.
    • Links to your Closed auctions after the items end
    • Payout details when your check is processed for payment
